Default Lowest gas prices?

Wyoming, Colorado and Montana seem to have the lowest gas prices: http://www.gasbuddy.com/gb_gastemperaturemap.aspx. How come? There's oil and gas here, but most comes on the oil pipeline from Canada's oil sands that was built in 2005: http://pipelinesinternational.com/ne...leted/010244/#. I paid $3.09 yesterday for regular (less octane at higher altitudes).

I'm thankful I don't use a lot of fuel per year.
We only fill up twice a year with heating oil and the 2 cars visit the gas station every 3-4 weeks.

Either way...when we get on the train, we dont have to contribute to gas money for the conductor.

I'm with you, I spend more money on gas for my bikes than I do for the car. I fill up my truck maybe once every month in a half unless i drive to NJ, then it gets filled upon either end of the trip

3.90's here and should go over 4 rather soon. Weathers starting to get better so hopefully I will be able to ride to work more. With any luck our new clinic will be in manhattan next year so I will be commuting via train as well.

$3.5x's here for gas, $4.08 for #2 diesel.
I am not as lucky as many of you, and have to fill up the car every third day, the truck every fourth...

Yeah, thankfully the wife works in the same general area, so 3-4 days a week we can ride together. Otherwise the gas bill would be outrageous!
