Default My phone died, I feel dead inside, Help me find a new phone

After 2 years and 3 phones (thankfully insured) my mytouch 4g has died. I feel like a small part of my soul has been ripped out of me and is on the floor dying a slow death while anally raping me. I can use the phone, answer and make calls, basically every function the phone has, except the screen is black. The screen touch still works, but there is nothing on the screen so I can only guess where I'm pressing.

In the mean time I am using my 4 year old 3g mytouch. Not bad, but its small, slow, and out of date. I'm glad I have kept it around because each time my or my wifes phone has broke it has been there to fill in.

Now its time to pick a new phone. I have narrowed it down to 2 choices the Galaxy S III or the HTC One S. But I'm open to suggestions. They Are both pretty similar with the Galaxy having a slightly better processor, but the camera is better on the One S. The One S also doesnt have a removable battery or removable memory, but with 16GB thats plenty for my use.

I need a phone with tmobile capability, Ice Cream Sandwich, decent camera, decent internet speed, and decent battery life.

Opinions please

I've got the Razr. I wish I had the Razr Maxx for the battery life though! As far as the camera, it's 8mp 1080p. It takes great pictures and shoots wonderful video! I would link you to a youtube video I shot but, youtube is blocked here at work. I shot video at a Sknyrd concert recently just for giggles since we all know how concert videos look and sound when shot from phones and got really pissed-off when I got home because I only shot about 30 seconds of the beginning of Free Bird and it came out looking and sounding perfect!! Anyway, the Razr has ice cream sandwich and most all of the gadgets you'd want from a smart phone.

ICS sucks in comparison to Jellybean. Check out XDA on the phones you are looking at and see if there is a Jellybean port, something Vanilla without Samsung's UI would be the best.

Razr Maxx definitely has an awesome battery, too bad it's a shitty Motorola and not available on T-mobile.

I disagree, the new Jellybean rom on my Galaxy Nexus takes ungodly better pictures than my wife's iphone. She is even running iOS6 beta 3 now. Stock camera app vs stock camera app. She will usually use my phone to take pics.

It's a badass phone if you rom it with Jellybean. Needs a bit more battery life, but since t-mobile doesn't have the LTE version, that one should last a lot longer.

Yep

They can all be used as a wifi hot spot if you use the right app:
