Default Writing a letter

Has anybody ever had to write a letter to the OEM? I ask this because I need to get some paperwork from Honda about whether or not my 929 meets US spec and I want to make sure I get the letter format correct.

Are you wanting correct formatting for writing a letter; with the spacing and indenting, etc?

There shouldn't be anything special required. Just follow the formatting of pretty much any sample of a business letter from a google search and I suspect you will be good.
