I draw the line at causing actual damage but a light misting of water, to turn the shell into ice, wouldn't be out of the question.

25 years ago, or thereabouts, I was the lead hand in a public parking lot. A guy driving an old-school Austin Mini damned near ran one of my guys down. A few of us found it, where the owner had parked, picked it up, and turned it sideways between two other cars, in the parking spot.

Probably not Photoshop, but not likely done with a hose either. I've seen similar, a couple of times, when a fire hydrant has failed.
