For me, #3 is just too much for a woman, I don't get into the women body builder look.

Your's and #5 are just right, toned and tight without over doing it

yup, fitness is my new obsession. i dumped 30 lbs. since this time last year and i just love pushing myself and seeing what i am capable of. i could live in the gym, if it wouldn't destroy my marriage.
