If there was any way they failed, it was by going for the murder charges... That said, they didn't have much of a choice other than to go for the murder charges... damned if they do, damned if they don't.

Well if they can't prove those charges, they should of went for something lesser.

Sad thing is there is no one to civil sue them to stop them from selling their stories.

It's always easy to criticize someone from 30,000 feet.

my gut agrees she did it but, .i don't think the state proved she did it. if they have no absolute proof, especially in a death sentence case, they should keep digging or look another direction.

i do love the media saying "hope nothing happens" she will be home at $$#$ street" "she can now sell her story, hopefully media won't pay grand sums" they seem to be trying to drum up more stories in the coming weeks.

dj on the radio who mentioned someone burning her house quickly started backpedaling.

Nope, I was hoping she was guilty so we wouldnt have to keep hearing about it. She would be sentenced and that would be that. Now its going to linger on and on.

There is actually... well sorta... At least for her, she's got a defamation case pending for some people with the name of the mystery nanny that she said kidnapped the kid. Probably won't fly though...

How can you NOT follow the trial? Fuck me, I've been trying to avoid it like the plague and I'm probably as up to speed as anyone on it... of course, I know quite a few people she knows, that's probably why.
