New bodystyle in 00 You have to get at least a 94 to get a turbo diesel. And yes, a 94 turbo will walk all over a 93 N/A. Owned both, driven both. |

I just sold a '05 Tacoma TRD with 26,000 miles on it (in MINT condition) - and switched to an '08 Tundra on a lease. I figure it will be a good thing to be able to just hand them the keys in three years as I won't be able to sell that beast.

if ya get a truck, get something you can put your bike IN is my recommendation. It actually will save you a bit on gas when hauling to do that versus dragging a trailer along, and so long as you have a buddy or 2, ramp, and depending on the height, its a snap to get it in and out...

I got a '07 Tacoma TRD Sport w/ the 4.0 V6. I only get like 16 mpg on the street. What are they advertising on it? i fucking love it though. Got the 7-year bumper-to-bumper warranty on it, too. This should be the last vehicle I buy for a long ass time. I highly recommend one.

this Napa list says otherwise, and YES it does say 1993. See where it says "current vehicle" and 1993 Ford F-Superduty. ours was a 15' flatbed body rig most likely configured for hauling lumber originally. a DAMNED beefy rig. and we also had a 97 F350 turbodiesel, which was alright, but an automatic, and really sucked because of that, and the fact that it was a beat up old truck. I HATE automatic transmissions in trucks like that. Its either 5+ gears or NOTHING in a diesel truck for me. |
