Couple of comments.

1. That lift is seriously bad ass. I'm envious of such a sweet setup.
2. No way in hell I'd put that chopper on the Sears jack. No fucking way.
3. Gas, I love you buddy...but I cannot stand the look of choppers.
4. Sportsters are uglier than Choppers.
5. Your chop looks way cooler after the rebuild.

1. I agree, but I see you still have to use other jacks to lift the bikes up for some work.
2. Again, I agree completely. Looks unstable.
3. I must disagree on that.
4. Yes, but have you seen the Nightster? I hate sportsters, but do like the Nightster.
5. Agree, but the little headlight looks odd on that big bike.

I have my bike on a Harbor Freight jack similar to Gas' Sears jack... It's rock solid.

Yeah but your bike isn't 30K dollars and isn't as long as a semi truck.

True, but I was really surprised by how stable the jack is. Plus, most of the weight is centered on the jack so it should be very stable.

is the exhaust a lift point on the XB??

I don't think it's flat enough on the 1125

Who got gm started on his million pics posts again?! Nice lift, great work on the bike. Though if I had one and had done such work to a new perfectly fine bike that costs that much I'd probly post it a million times too.
