I hear ya, I move both bikes at least once a week, only snow or ice would prevent it which we don't see much of here.

I went for a short ride Sunday afternoon but before that it had been almost 2 months because i've been having bad problems with my sinuses this winter. My bike was pissed off at me too i think, i almost washed the front in a tight curve. Didn't think the tires would be that cold still after a few miles down the road The roads were still really cold even though the air temp was up that day (note to self). That and my tires are nearly gone too, got to get some new ones.

I forgot to add, it was 63* or so here and sunny this afternoon...and 3 of my
friends rode up to the dealership to say hi and "look, I'm out riding".... the bastards!!! I wish i'd rode in this morning but it was 19* at the house at 8:20 when I left On the way home it was still 62* in town and by the time I drove the 18 miles home it was 52* out in the country already. |

Today, it got kinda warm, I think into the upper 40's so I took a 20 minute ride to test out my new tailbag.

I hate all of you..... mid-September.
Neebs, what is "too cold" for you? Today would have been AMAZING with a high of 49. Yea you southern people can laugh, but after two weeks of 15, 49 feels like a heat wave. BUUUTTT, of course i had to work.

I rode yesterday but before that atleast a month. Which I don't mind the cold at all but I work outdoors full time then go to school right after work. So it got annoying having a bookbag, with another bag full of clothes/shoes to change into before school. And then I had some thick Carhart bibs for the cold. And taking all of that into school was a PITA. So I trucked it for a bit. But I got some 30degree mountain biking in since I couldn't really ride the motorcycle.
Normally I judge it to the point I need my Carhart bib for the way to work at 6:30am. And then can just wear jeans on the ride home at 8:30pm when I leave school. That's when I take the bike out. Haven't had those days in a while.
