All seriousness here. I would have sat by him and made way too much noise for him to hear anything, and likely would have found myself kicking his seat.

If there's one thing I'm good at, its sinking to somebody's level and beating them with their own game.

Its always been my opinion that you have to set off the "touch me and ill sue types." before you can really have fun with them. Make them the aggressor and the ball is in your court.

So yes, passive aggression ftw!

What sucks is, its a privilage to be able to use your phone will in the plane. Eventually they may install scramblers and when the day comes when a cellphone is needed for an emergency it's gonna be a very bad day.

A buddy of mine will interject himself into a phone conversation if we are in a restaurant and someone is talking loud on the phone. For example if you heard someone on the phone going "So are we going to Ron's tonight?" he'll just yell out "Yeah, Ron's sounds great but let me see what Jim is doing. I'll bring some chips and dip regardless".

Still Nextels are the worst and everytime I heard "Beep Beep" I just want to punch babies.
