Beer bongs are fun, I still prefer chugging though. Shotgun's are ok.

while working at the country club as a bartended, when i was having down time (which was 90% of the day) i'd take a beer back to the bathroom and see how many gulps i could get itt down in. was using heinekins, newcastle, sam adams, hard, and all the other top end shit too... i'd get shit faced at that job.

I eventually got down to 3 gulps, and gone

cant do it too fast, or you'll hurt yourself, but its a challenge!

Theres a dude at a bar up in cleveland that does that every night he works. He gets called up on stage and performs for the crowd by downing 2 beers in a combined 5 or 6 seconds.

The trick is to not gulp at all and just let it flow.

This dude does basically that. He actually puts a straw off to the side to let the air out so it just pours straight down his throat.

actually thats not true. if you do you'll aspirate alcohol into your lungs and end up with pneumonia and a nasty infection.

in order to swallow you need to cover your epiglottis over your trachea in order to prevent this.

but you have the right idea.
