The worst part was is that I told the tow truck guy where we would be waiting and that he should drop off the bikes there. After liek 10 minutes of waiting he drove right past us so I started to chase him, but he was just heading back over the bridge.

All in all we just got hosed
I have been in similar situations where the cops get all pissed at you, usualy if oure cool with them and see you werent doing stupid stuff they may calm down and it wont be as bad.

But thats not always the case unfortunatley.

Two wheels, and we were not going any faster than the rest of traffic

Yeh, last post then off to bed.

Anyone see that reality show called parking wars about where folks get towed and have to get their cars from the impound lot and there is always something missing so the people get pissed, and they show how many hours it takes for people to get cars out? Yeh thats where we need to go tommorrow!

Oh yea it does if they were doing 1 1/2 times the speed limit! Heck, I had a cop write me a careless for crossing a double yellow. I believe it's mostly up to the cops discretion what HE considers to be reckless. Of course the judge can throw it out in court but the cop has the "right" to write the ticket.

once the reckless is thrown out and the insurance is proven I am going to try and plead the speeding tix to a lesser charge, I'll prolly have to pay more, but hopefully it wont count against me as a moving violation

Ummm there were multiple cop cars and a helo flying around, no way we could have ran, even if we wanted to. Over the course of the stop we saw 5 different cop cars.
