Win7 problem

When I be in a folder with pics. It wont let my re-arrange them when dragging them.

Just found out that M$ FUCKIN REMOVED THIS FEATURE CAUSE, "NO BODY USES IT." FTW. I use it ever fucking day. All folders/files have to been in some kind of order set by M$. You can't just drag them around to where you want them to be.

I'll probably go back to XP and see if they fix this "retarded problem." Yes. This if FUCKING RETARDED. They took the time to take off drag/drop and make a 100 ways to sort shit. FUCK YOU M$.
