So what exactly happened? It looked like a fairly easy get off. Still looks fairly painful though.

Yeah wtf? I watch one of my friends flip with the bike and have it land on his knee and get right up and keep going.. granted it was only a 125 that weighed 175 lbs, but wtf? Did his boot grab and twist around?

I'm guessing foot stuck in a hole, planted, and the bike just crashed over into it...

He's a cool guy. He's from the UK and moved to Florida. In one of his vids he tells why. I really cant remember the details but it's about his wife cheating on him for years or she up and leaves him. Not sure how he meet the lady in Florida but that's why he moved there.
