I had this shit problems before I bought. You said it was all good. Then it was... bam bam bam... I got thru. So I ordered... fluke right?

Now this... same shit.

Well I'm on voicemail 2 to DDM. One of the bulbs they sent me is no good, so I need a replacement. See how long it takes them to get back to me...

It is too bad. Up until recently I had only heard good things about DDM. Seems that is no longer the case.

I know one thing, I'm seriously hesitating about posting companies... I've had three sets from them without problems.

I'm not grumpy yet. It's an electronic device, sometimes they go bad, nothing you can do about it. My first call to them was on sunday, and they are closed weekends. This morning I got no answer, so I left another message.
I'll try again tomorrow before I start getting upset about it.

I had a set delivered without problem. Redrider got a set without any problems and my buddy has a set on backorder.
