I'm with Ranger on this... I always stand outside... and laugh at the stupid f'in news.. "take cover right now". F that, I'm outside looking around. If the twister appears above my head and takes me out, it must be God's will. Otherwise, I will see it come and take cover...
When it gets stupid I usually have the wife round up the pets in the basement then go outside...
