At stoplight. Dump truck behind me tries to sneak to open lane. Hits me hard and then pushes car about 6 ft. Honk horn and he stops. Cops/EMS come-I go to hospital-car goes to shop. I gots the whiplash. Ouch

No. Hell, he was the nicest guy I ever met. If you ever get slammed by a truck I recommend this guy. Really nice.

Its a no brainer, it just depends on how well you play your cards as to how big the check will be. Id say get a decent attorney and youll get a real nice pay out.

nice... yeah sometimes they are just little mistakes... sucks... then I'd say don't push... get the costs of repair and medical bills... and a LITTLE pain an suffering... but don't go for broke....

if the dude was an ass or was truely negligant (drunk or otherwise impared) then sue like a motherfucker...

just my view ya know? if I made an honest mistake wouldn't want someone make'n me bankupt for it...
