Look at Ed's post. It builds boost "QUICKLER".

It's a very secretive street racing technique, usually only discussed amongst rich guys and their fat asian friends.

yeah it'll be stronger, i guess it'll decrease mass in the tranny letting the engine spool up faster, which will build boost quicker.

Stronger, I'll buy. Lighter (non rotating) parts, I'll remain skeptical.

IT's probably a lighter flywheel, which will allow revs to build quicker. I doubt it'd have that much of an effect on boost though.
