That's what I was thinking... I'm commuting now on the Bandit... 25mpg average... lol I guess that's better than the 16-17 I get with my truck.

I haven't ridden on the street in ages but I keep thinking about picking up a cheap scooter for grocery runs/pit bike/errand duties.

This looks a whole lot cooler.

It would be fun if I didn't commute by interstate. There is a video of them racing them over in japan, looks like a lot of fun/big fiddy.

At first I thought $3k was kind of pricey for a play bike.

I looked at the Sachs Mad Ass (Chinese) just now and it is $2900!
