My Springfield XDm 9mm. I've put around 1200-1300 rounds through it, and I love this gun. It's my first, and has really hooked me. I have 3 on my immediate want list.

Semi-auto in .45. Not sure what yet. Looked at Glock G30 and G36 today, as well as a S&W M&P, and XD45.

Want a Mossberg 500.

Want to build an AR15 soon as well. Anybody with any tips/suggestions, feel free to toss 'em in here. Maybe I'll have to start a new thread on that topic.

I'd like to get another 9mm soon. Probly a XD(M)sc or c. Then a XD(M) .45.

Best of the West (texasshootingrange.com) just opened up in Liberty Hill. It goes out to 1000 yards, and doesn't list any FMJ restrictions.

Indeed. I only have the two handguns and I kinda prefer shooting my rifles.
We went to a place near New Braunfels once, but they are definitely out of the way for my purposes.

I heard about them. Now that I'm moving a little further north that place might be viable. That and the one near Seward's Junction just seemed too far to drive from my current place.

New family photo. LOL

I picked up the AR15 lower receiver today. Decided it was time to get my feet wet and build one.

Time to figure out how I want to build it out now.

Whatever you decide, spend the money for the gas piston, it will save you plenty of headaches and time cleaning later, its totally worth it
