Probably most of them. The previous Texas anti-sodomy law was only recently overturned and it was well publicized that BJs were also a no-no, not just anal.

Other than low home prices compared to Cali, I see no other redeeming attributes in Texas.

The average church there is bigger than the average high school campus. Definitely shows the priorities around there.

No state income tax and I think one of the fastest growing (if not the fastest) economies in the states.
