Kind of like how plus one is banned here
There's a handful of adults and a lot of doughnut punched tweenagers

Even better they changed the software so you can't view the forum trunk anymore, just recent posts. So if you want to visit a subforum you better hope there's an active post in it

Yeah, while I dont curse that much, I had never realized how good we had it here.

Just thought a lil reminder might be amusing.

Yeah I went through this last month. I rebuilt my Disney Monorail that we bought on vacation with a much better motor to power it and posted a how to on disney forums. It was a nightmare.

And I could see how a horse forum would be anal-rententive, because, even though I don't know shit about it but will still pass my opinion on it, horse-riding is probably full of "pass the grey poupon" types who have certain notions of "proper ettiquette"

It's a nightmare.

I am just getting into it, I'm old, I dont know anything, and gawd forbid I ask a question that "everyone" else already knows the answer to. ("OMG, you are so dumb", cue Antonio Dodson).

You search the board for answers but it's so fricking huge you get 20 pages of results even when searching for a very specific thing. And so far unless it's something folks like to argue about, like feed, it's kinda hard to get answers to threads because their is sooo mcuh movement going on. New posts is 20 pages...and if it's there one second it's gone the next, buried under stupid crap off topic crap, or looooooook at me and my horse again...even tho I know you've already seen us a billion times.

Even worse? There's no Quicklinks, so if I want to go back and find a thread I posted on 5 minutes ago, I have to use search function. And the ads....GAH.

Really? Dare I ask, what DID you picture me as?

FTR, I was always dying to have one and to be in "the scene" at least as far as riding and such, just never had the chance till recently. So far, my only accomplishment is a broken ankle.
