I also have Panasonic 15.6 tools that work really, really well but for the most part, I'd have to agree with you.

Good deal. I don't have any use for a sawzall, but I alreayd have the rest in either a corded or cordless version. Oh an Porter Cable FTW. With the exception of my DeWalt compound miter saw, ALL of my other tools are Porter Cable. I do need an 18ga brad nailer though, my 16ga is to heavy for shoe molding. Know of any good deals on those?

I still don't understand why they bother including flashlights in those kits - they are a joke. They usually suck for illumination. Every other flashlight in my house is brighter than the POS ones that were included with the 2 kits I've bought in the past.

how well does that sawsall work dude? I've been looking for a good battery powered one for some time. I use a hand saw to clear branches out of the way in the woods on our property to make sled trails and a battery powered sawsall that I can throw on the sled would make things much easier

am with ya on that. been using my craftsman 19.2 volt tools for the shed I am building and they are working fine and its nice not having to deal with the extension cords.

I have had the set for almost a year (was a christmas gift) and the tools are holding up fine esp the drill since I use that by far the most. I had one battery crap out on me, but got 2 more from searsand paid prety much nothing since they were on sale and snagged a 50 dollar gift card from my citibank points
