Did 900+ miles in a day once, kinda boring for the last few hours, but not painful or anything. 1,000 miles not that big a deal on a reasonably comfy bike.

I've done 1200 mile days on my Hayabusa. Do I recommend it? Hell no! The BMW, I've done a 900 mile day and could have done a few hundred more. "Reasonably comfy" being the key there.

I did 980 on my ZZR and only stopped because I reached my destination. I could have gone on, though I was crazy tired. But yeah get on a big comfy tourer... it's another story... still insane day after day |
