idk, I prefer a longer loan, as long as you plan to pay it off before the end of it's term.
Longer loan = lower payments. That means you can make a 48 month size payment on a 60 month loan and get it paid off sooner, and if you have something come up, you are not strapped with the larger payment.

I prefer no loan at all - I pay cash and buy used. Borrowing money for something that loses value the minute you drive off the lot just seems like a bad idea.

I just looked up a 2009 fit on kbb with 17 miles on it the private party price is more than what I paid for it without the 100k warranty

And yes there are a bunch of airbags and shit, and 10 cup holders, I finally found the missing 2 in the door

Then the KBB is wrong. It's just an estimate for the going price. But yeah, buying used doesn't work if you want the latest and greatest.

We looked at the Honda Fit for Erik and then again for my Mom.
Erik needed something that would tow the bikes and Mom didn't want to spend that much. But both really liked the car, for what it is.
