No. I didn't.

I meant pre-finished.

The home we toured when looking at what to build had 3 kids, 3 dogs, and a maniac cat. After 5 years, the floors looked pristine.

btw, thts why i mentioned 12mm laminte, much thicker, doesn't sound hollow like 7-8mm stuff

if lam. looked bad after 1 yr, real wood woulda looked worse and refinishing is a task, plus it'd be hard to match stain from 1 room to the next if i had to refinish. so then it would be refinsh the while d-stairs, 1200-1300ft
