True. I think the cap is 4GB on Verizon and Im not sure what the policy is if you go over the cap. Comcast also has "unlimited" internet with a cap of 200GB but going over doesnt automatically trigger anything, if you consistently go over 200GB Comcast will ask you to adjust your usage and if you continue to go over after that they will cut off your service for a period of time.
