Whenever I place an order from Cheaper Than Dirt, I keep getting the plastic pre-paid envelopes for the 'phones for soldiers' program. I'd imagine it's possible to request one of those envelopes from somewhere if you look around online. I think they recycle all the phones they get and the proceeds go towards calling cards for deployed troops to use....or something like that.
