easy... my dad taught me when I was younger

First, you find the corners... then you take the top two corners match them up... then match up the bottom two... fold it in half... get annoyed with all the extra material, ball it up
Second, throw it on the shelf under the folded sheet so it looks folded.

Grab the top of the seam in the corners, let the elasticized bit dangle in, fold like a regular sheet with a small bump in the middle.

Yeah, I start out with the latter method but end up with the results of the former.
