I wouldn't worry much about that motor/trans towing a small trailer - I mean, there are similar hitches designed for MiniCoopers that fit into the fog light on the bumper. I have a few customers that tow their bikes in with them... if a Mini can do it, surely a Mustang can.

My first car was a Nissan Pulsar with like 120k miles... the guy who owned it before me used to tow his Sea Doo every weekend with it. 1.6L was put to work, but no issues whatsoever...

A guy I go to the track with recommended using that trex decking, he said to go to a lumber place and see if they have an unpopular color and see if they will let it go cheap.
its on my to do list, the plywood I have on there is def on its way out. |

Auto.... I wish it was a stick but the clutch action was too long and I'm too tall. Shift-bonk knee.....shift-bonk knee......shift-bonk knee... Salesman, so maybe you show consider the auto-matic...

If you ever decide to pull anything bigger you may need to install a transmission cooler but a bike and trailer will probably not be an issue (friend of mine with a mustang learned that the hard way).
