Yeah, I was just eyeballing a 10 gal. cooler the other day.

I'm planning on building a three tier setup this Spring, with a 10 gal. kettle, and two more burners.

Funny thing is my fiancee wants me to build something like that. Shges pissed I have a few bike projects to finish before I could look at brewing since we got the bulk of the house stuff done, at least stuff I will do myself.

Would that be a permanent structure or something you'd set up each time?

Muti-tier is the next logical step. Double and triple decoction mashes are a pain in the ass with a basic set-up.
