original .303. guy I bought the carcano off of at the show was miffed I wouldnt sell it to him but was a huge fan of em and showed all the marking. apparently it was manufactured in the early forties and then refurbed by the brits around 59'

M1A is awesome. Right now building a backstop on my property so I can do targets in the back "yard."

I did get a Walther PPS today. Cutest little gun evar!

That thing looks awesome, but I can only imagine how it throws off the balance of the gun. Fully loaded, your shotgun would be so nose heavy (and changing as you send rounds downrange) that it would slow reaction time.

Super heavy front end = slow swing around to acquire new target.
