I think the guy running that tumblr is just ripping off people's ideas. Co-worker sent him several a couple of days ago and while none of his are published, oddly enough, soon after submitting them similar ones/near identical ones were showing on the site. Same thing happened to me yesterday - I submitted 4 and 2 of the scenes/ideas were used but in different ways and now appearing on the site.
