I love my AR22 (tactical Solutions) it gets more use than any of my other ARs. Just a thought on the Hydro dipping. I have not seen good long term results with it. Scratches up quick.

These idiots that keep doing things like this need to get their heads out of their hind-ends! If you are going to do something to protest an issue or bring attention to it, wear a damn shirt or sign that lets people know what it's about!
If you saw someone walking through the mall with a jar with a dead dog in their arms, you'd think they were crazy! If they carried a sign or had an explanatory shirt opposing animal cruelty or euthanasia then, you'd understand.
If you're going to make a statement, make it obvious!

Not to mention he's flagging everyone beside him. There's a right way and a wrong way to bring neutrals around. Scaring soccer moms at department stores doesn't help.

I would think the only proper, safe way to carry the rifle would be with the muzzle verticle towards the sky. In the event he actually has a round in the chamber with the safety off, I could see a curious kid coming up from behind and touching the trigger and shooting whoever is beside him!
I've never really dealt with that type of rifle but, when I hunted, the muzzle was always skyward or carried with the muzzle pointed a few feet ahead of you at the ground but, usually skyward.

Exactly.
He's lucky a tactical response unit wasn't waiting to escort him "home" when he left the store. I mean, I believe open carry should be allowed, but (much like lane-splitting) legality doesn't equal an instant acceptance by the public or that other legal issues won't arise for those who choose to practice it.
I had always heard that, even in places that didn't expressly forbid open carry, a person could be cited for disturbing the peace if their piece is causing others distress in a public setting. I'm not sure if that's a fact or if it would stand up in court, but it does seem plausible.

It could be considered "brandishing" and possibly reckless endangerment!

Found some decently priced 9mm , but it's older then me, and that's old lol. Would y'all trust it?

Description: The 9mm Mk. IZ cartridge was introduced during World War II for use in Sten submachine guns, but it was discovered this round was insufficiently powerful to work the action of this gun reliably. Sometimes the bolt did not recoil far enough for the bent and sear to re-engage. On occasion, a Sten would "run away" and fire full-automatically until the magazine was empty. To solve this, the muzzle velocity was raised from 1250 f.p.s. to 1300 f.p.s., and the higher velocity round was given the the designation 9mm Mk. 2Z. This change was approved on March 15, 1944 and at the same time the 9mm Mk. IZ cartridge was made obsolescent. Remaining stocks of 9mm Mk. IZ ammunition were marked "Pistol Use Only." The 9mm Mk. IZ cartridge was made officially obsolete on June 6, 1957

$200/1000 + shipping

Not for that price. Gonna guess the primers are probably hard.

At that price , personally I would buy it and relegate it to "blaster"/ range ammo. I wouldn't use it in any critical role. Also given its age I would be vigilant about cleaning and watching for a sqib round

Nope

I'd wait. They'll make more. And prices will come back from stoopid before long. All the panic buys have to face those credit card bills now
