Road Trip!

Spring has FINALLY arrived....and I've decided to celebrate by taking a little road trip this week-end....east...through the southern Flint Hills...to Uncle Jack's in Independence, KS....

It's supposed to be gorgeous this week-end...should make for a nice ride over that morning...lunch...some time to explore a cool little town with a lake near by....and a nice ride back that afternoon....maybe a 300 mile day.

I can't wait....if any of you are Centrally US located and want to head that way, I'm planning to be in Independence by noon.

I'll have to see. I'm supposed to go home that day for spring break, but kind of want to ride up. Or should I show some reserve and only go to the one in Memphis. Or should I go to this one and not Memphis. So many choices!
