yea, outside plug. wanted to do the inside patch n plug, but no time-or a way to get it off the rim.

also if for some odd reason it fails, im back where i started, slowly losing air. its not like its gonna make the bike blow up.

Dude the tire is still good (minus the front). You HAVE to patch/plug the tire and have it done correctly. I've done the plug/patch many times and rode hard on the street and on the track. The tire was always OK.

that may be true... still sucks ass that you get a nail in a tire with only 240 miles in it...

and for me... I can't trust a tire that's plugged... never will... I had a plug with slime go out on me at 90mph after a shop told me it was basically a permanent fix. (I didn't know any better) I came with in a few feet of going off a 90' ledge in back country Alaska. I'd probably still be there err my remains would be had that happened.

Good to hear. I won't do just a plug but a plug/patch in the tread area of basically a new tire I will do.

slime? that green shit that u put in car tires? noooooooooo........ ashop did that for you? never go back there lol

and shit dude, how big of a hole was it? the plug came out and instant flat?
