Need a new wireless router

I think I need a new wireless router. I have to reset the damn thing daily. It gets all slow. I usually reset it and the cable modem. However, most of the time if I just reset router it fixes it. But I will continue to nail it down to only the router... if not I'll make the cable company replace the modem. However, I want to price out a new router.

What's the brand to buy? I don't game but at times either BIL or bro hooks up gamer... so.... but a N rated router??

I do this kind of stuff for a living. I also have a IPv6 test lab at my house setup right now. That router is cheap comparably to some of the stuff I have accumulated. Also cheaper than a blue-ray player and does the equivalent for me but to every room in the house.

Just go down to the base model then, its as much as you will need.

I would just go through amazon and read the reviews, but there really isn't much different about basic routers except for better range in certain conditions and the particular installation software which usually just ends up being personal preference. If you have a larger home its usually better to go with a little more expensive model that has a better radio and antenna system.

That would be a good choice. Inexpensive, good wireless range, good wireless security options, can reference within the local network for an internet domain...
